A large-size crocodile was spotted roaming around Chiplun in Maharashtra's coastal Ratnagiri district on Sunday, June 30. A video, apparently captured by a commuter, showed the huge crocodile taking a stroll on the road in Chiplun amid heavy rainfall. It is suspected that the reptile came out of the nearby Shiva river. A journalist who shared the video said the number of crocodiles is increasing in the Shiv river.
