The brother of late CDS General Bipin Rawat, Colonel Vijay Rawat, joined BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) on Wednesday in Delhi in the presence of Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami ahead of assembly elections 2022.
