The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case on a complaint by Union Bank of India against a Kolkata-based private company and others including its Promoters/ Directors, unknown Public Servants and Private persons. The bank has alleged of bank fraud of Rs. 4037.87 crore (approx) to the consortium of 20 banks, the CBI said. CBI Has Registered 15 Cases on Allegations of Derogatory Posts on Government, Constitutional Functionaries Since 2019, Says MoS Jitendra Singh.
