Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Wednesday spoke about the ongoing Cauvery water-sharing issue. "As the state is facing a severe rain deficit, we are not in a position to release water to Tamil Nadu as per the Supreme Court order," Siddaramaiah said.
