In a dramatic incident in Uttar Pradesh's Siddharthnagar district, a bulldozer targeted the Kotwali police station's boundary wall and gate during an anti-encroachment drive on Sunday. The operation, led by additional district magistrate Umashankar Singh and subdivisional magistrate Lalit Kumar, aimed to clear 55 illegal structures encroaching on Khajuria Road. However, tensions flared when station house officer Santosh Tiwari questioned the demolition of the police station without a written order. ADM Singh said that no exceptions would be made for illegal structures, regardless of ownership. As tensions escalated, a circle officer was called to the scene. To underscore the administration's impartiality, the bulldozer also demolished a portion of the tehsil office’s boundary wall. The demolition at the police station was eventually paused following a call from district police chief Prachi Singh, but not before part of the local Panchayat Bhawan was also razed. JCB Mayhem at Water Park in Rajasthan: People Vandalise Water Park Over Entry Fee Dispute in Chittorgarh, Bulldozer Used to Destroy Swimming Pool (Watch Video).
