A bomb blast threat email was received at Amity School in Vrindavan, Lucknow, today, May 1. Soon after the bomb threat email was received, the police launched a search operation, scanned the Amity School in Vrindavan and evacuated the students as a precautionary measure. However, the bomb blast threat turned out to be a hoax. Lucknow DCP said that the Amity School received a bomb threat via email. He further said that the police and bomb squad team conducted a search operation, but the information turned out to be false. The development comes after several bomb threats were received at over 80 schools in Delhi today.
