The incident took place in the Thana Noorpur Dhampur Chowraha area of Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. In the video, the man is seen waving the firearm and intimidating people in the vicinity. Following the video's circulation, the Additional Superintendent of Police, Rural, Bijnor District, released a statement regarding the arrest of the accused, Suman Chauhan, by Thana Noorpur police.
