An unusual incident has come to light from the health department in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur, where a patient injured in a road accident had his broken leg treated with cardboard instead of a plaster cast and metal plate. Following the revelation, Dr. Vibha, the superintendent of the Shree Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) hospital, stated that proper treatment will now be administered and has instructed the doctor accordingly. An investigation is underway to question the doctor and paramedical staff involved in this case. According to reports, the patient, Nitish Kumar from Baranda Majhauliya in Minapur, suffered a severe fracture in his left leg due to a motorcycle accident. However, instead of performing the necessary operation and applying a metal plate, the doctor wrapped the leg with cardboard and bandaged it. Nitish's family reported that he has been hospitalised for four days, during which no doctor has checked on him since the initial makeshift treatment with cardboard. Despite several complaints, no medical attention was provided. Elephant Attack: Youth Making Instagram Reel Trampled to Death by Wild Elephant in Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor, Video Surfaces.
