मुख्य सचिव अरुण कुमार सिंह जी की कोरोना संक्रमण से हुई मौत अत्यंत दुःखद है। अरुण कुमार सिंह वर्ष 1985 बैच के बिहार कैडर के आईएएस अधिकारी थे। वे भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के एक कुशल प्रशासक थे। वे एक मिलनसार व्यक्ति थे। (1/2)
