In a shocking incident in Bengaluru, Kengeri police have arrested a 24-year-old data entry operator, identified as Monika, for allegedly murdering her house owner. The motive behind the murder is believed to be financial gain. Monika, originally from Kolar, had been renting a portion of the house owned by the victim, Divya, in Konasandra. On May 10, while Divya was at home with her two-year-old child, Monika allegedly strangled her to death. She then fled the scene with a gold chain weighing 30 grams, which belonged to Divya. Monika later pawned the stolen gold chain at a local pawnbroker. It is reported that she had quit her job a few days prior to the incident and was struggling to clear her debts. The murder and theft were apparently committed to help her boyfriend purchase a vehicle and to pay off her own debts by selling Divya’s valuables. The case is currently under investigation by the Kengeri police. Noida Horror: Man Brutally Kills Wife With Brick Over Delay in Giving a Head Massage, Accused Arrested.
