Heavy rainfall in Bengaluru and other parts of Karnataka has led to waterlogging and traffic jams in the Southern state. Multiple videos going viral on social media show waterlogged streets as Bengaluru and Karnataka reels under water. Amid all of this, a video on X (formerly Twitter) shows the Balagere Panathur Road turning into a river after a heavy downpour in Bengaluru. The Bengaluru Traffic Police also shared photos and said that Balegere Panathur road has been closed for traffic movement due to waterlogging. "Commuters are requested to use alternate roads," the post on X read. Another clip showed bikers waiting at the entrance of the Balagere Panathur Road as the street turns into a river due to severe waterlogging.
