On October 3, the Bengaluru Metro's Green Line services between Yeswantpur and Mantri Square Sampige Road stations were disrupted, causing passengers inconvenience. "Namma Metro commuters, please note that train services on the Green Line will be available between Nagasandra to Yeshwantpur and Mantri Square to Sampige Road Metro stations due to a technical snag at Rajajinagar Metro Station. We regret the inconvenience caused", Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL), posted on X on Tuesday. According to BMRCL's principal public relations officer, BL Yashwanth Chavan, an emergency recovery road-rail vehicle broke down between the Rajajinagar and Mahakavi Kuvempu Road Metro stations, disrupting train services.
