A user who shared the video on X (formerly Twitter) said that the incident occurred during the bus' journey from Trinity Circle to Shivaji Nagar on BMTC Bus Route No 314. As per reports, a heated argument broke out between a male passenger and the bus conductor, which soon escalated into a physical confrontation after the two allegedly used abusive language. The incident is said to have taken place on Tuesday morning, October 1.
