In a shocking incident in Uttarakhand, a man who had gone to graze his goats was allegedly attacked and mauled to death by a bear in Uttarkashi. The incident came to light when the forest department launched a search operation and found the man's dead body in a cave. It is reported that the deceased man was a farmer. The deceased man's body was found in a cave in Uttarkashi and had marks of bear's claws on his chest and other parts of the body. The deceased man is said to be a resident of Raithal village of Bhatwadi block in Uttarkashi. It is reported that the man had gone to graze goats in the forest when he was attacked by the bear.
