In a curious incident, a drunken individual contacted Bareilly MP Chhatrapal Singh Gangwar to complain about the early closure of a liquor shop. The audio recording of their conversation has gone viral. Initially, MP Chhatrapal struggled to understand the inebriated man's words. During their approximately 2-minute and 13-second exchange, the drunkard lamented that the liquor shops closed after 10 pm, leaving him without access to alcohol. "You have not been able to recognize me properly, come to your senses," Gangwar can be heard telling the caller. Later in the audio clip, the caller revealed his hometown as Bhojipura and requested the MP to save his number.
