Recently surfaced ideos of employees from public sector lenders Canara Bank and Bandhan Bank recently has been doing the rounds on social media. In the clips, them employees can be seen behaving rudely while using derogatory language with their subordinate colleagues, and even threatening them for not meeting their targets. During a meeting on video call, a Bandhan Bank employee named Kunal Bhardwaj was seen being rude to a co-workers, asking, “Are you even ashamed of yourself? This is March". “If you’re not participating in recovery during holidays because you want time after work to travel with your family, what should I do? Do hell with your family. That is not my concern”, a Canara Bank employee named Lokapati Swain was seen stating in another video. However, both the banks have now taken cognizance of the matter and condemned the incidents.
