Dr Balaji Jagannath, a doctor on duty at the Kalaignar Centenary Super Speciality Hospital in Chennai, was attacked with a knife by a patient's son. Reacting to the stabbing of the doctor in Chennai, the IMA said that no amount of superficial damage control exercises by Governments is going to make doctors work without fear in this country.
