The flood situation in Assam has turned grim as the Bramhaputra River is flowing above the danger mark in Dibrugarh. Many areas of Dibrugarh have been inundated as the water flowing above the river surpassed the danger level. A video showing most parts of the city submerged due to flooding has surfaced on social media. The commuters are facing difficulties. The floodwater also entered into the CRPF campus. Locals said the situation is so in the last 3 days with continuous rains worsening it.
