Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal came out of the Tihar Jail on Friday after the Supreme Court granted him interim bail in the Excise Policy Case earlier in the day. The Supreme Court granted Arvind Kejriwal interim bail until June 1 in the liquor policy case to campaign for the ongoing Lok Sabha Elections 2024. The court, in its order, noted that Kejriwal doesn't have any criminal antecedents and is not a threat to society. However, The top court asked Arvind Kejriwal not to visit the Delhi Chief Minister's Office (CMO) and surrender himself on June 2 for further questioning and investigation.
