The Delhi High Court on Tuesday, June 25, granted the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) plea to put on hold the bail granted to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the Rouse Avenue court in a money laundering case related to an alleged excise scam. Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain's bench stayed the bail order issued on June 20 following the ED's challenge to the trial court's decision. The court has scheduled the main matter for July, where it will hear ED's appeal against the trial court's bail order.
