Union Minister Anurag Thakur on Thursday took a dig at Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Speaking on the announcement of digital jails in Ludhiana, Thakur said that Punjab CM should ensure that jailed criminals don't execute crimes outside the jail.
