A horrific case of animal cruelty in Telangana's Rangareddy district has led to the arrest of a man accused of brutally killing a stray dog. The incident, reported by animal activist Mudavath Preethi, occurred in Aziz Nagar, where the accused tied a stray dog to an electric pole and beat it to death using metal wires. A disturbing video of the incident has gone viral on social media. The accused then tied the dog’s lifeless body to his bike, dragged it, and discarded it in a nearby field.
