In a disturbing incident in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, a man was filmed firing at a stray dog outside his home. The video, which has gone viral, shows Devendra Pratap Singh firing three shots from his licensed revolver at the dog on August 15. The dog managed to escape unharmed. Singh, a resident of Panka Bahadur Nagar, was seen in the video with a woman and two other men. Kanpur police responded to the video by confirming that they have confiscated Singh’s revolver and taken preventive action against him.
