In a groundbreaking discovery, scientists from the National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI) Hyderabad have unearthed a rare meteorite with copper content in Jonnagiri, Andhra Pradesh’s Kurnool district. Led by Dr PV Sunder Raju and Dr Linga Raju, the team confirmed the meteorite’s authenticity through detailed physical and chemical tests.
