A tragic accident occurred this morning, August 12, in Annammayya district, Andhra Pradesh, where a private school bus carrying 15 students lost control and overturned after its steering rod broke. A Class 2 student was killed, and several others sustained injuries. The driver fled the scene immediately following the accident. Reports indicate the bus was in poor condition and overturned after hitting a boulder. A passerby who witnessed the incident helped rescue the children and alerted the police, who have since informed the students' parents and rushed them to a nearby hospital for treatment.
