The viral footage shows two men navigating neck-deep floodwaters, carrying a baby in a yellow plastic crate on a foam board. The family was forced to evacuate their home as floodwaters inundated the streets and homes in the locality, turning roads into rivers.  The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for Telangana, warning of heavy rains in Jayashankar Bhupalapalle, Komaram Bheem, Mancherial, and Mulugu districts on September 4.
