Allegedly linked to the Pune ISIS module, Rizwan Ali was caught by the Delhi Police Special Cell, this Friday, August 9, ahead of the Independence Day 2024. After Rizwan escaped the Pune police's custody, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) had issued a warrant against him and placed a bounty of INR 3 Lakh on him. The cops allegedly recovered weapons from Rizwan's possession.
