In a shocking incident in Mumbai today, August 26, an old man reportedly collapsed during the hearing of a case in the Bombay High Court. According to a report by Live Law, the elderly man's phone rang in the courtroom which was presided by a division bench of Justices Revati Mohite-Dere and Prithviraj Chavan. It is learned that the man tried to walk out of the court hall but suddenly collapsed. Soon after the man collapsed, the Bombay High Court bench stopped hearing the case in hand and asked advocates to help the elderly man. The high court bench also ordered the staff to call for a doctor, who came within 10 minutes and checked the man. The judges also assured the man of hearing his case first after the lunch break.
