Harela Parv: Pushkar Singh Dhami Government in Uttarakhand Celebrates Harela Festival by Planting Trees

Pushkar Singh Dhami government in Uttarakhand celebrates Harela festival by planting trees. The state began the "Clean City Green City" campaign in Dehradun city. "Tree plantation program is being conducted by the institutions and this program will run for the next one month", said Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
