In the aftermath of prolonged climatic conditions in Kerala, scientists have predicted that the state needs to brace itself for floods, flash floods, and landslides as there is a substantial increase in the temperature in Kerala. This is happening due to climate change. Kerala has witnessed 16 per cent more rain in fewer days, and the temperature has risen by 1.7 degrees celsius lately.
