'Ghost of Tsushima 2' officially has a new name, a new protagonist, a new period setting, a new location and a new release date.
The 2020 videogame Ghost of Tsushima is considered one of the best action games made for the PlayStation, originally for PS4, before getting a Director's Cut that has a PS5 upgrade. Now, during the PlayStation State of Play event that happened on September 24, a sequel was announced for the game in the form of Ghost of Yōtei. The announcement was made with a beautiful trailer that brought more vivid and lush visuals of Japan, along with introducing a new protagonist in Atsu. The story is set 300 years after the events of the Ghost of Tsushima and around the environs of Mount Yotei. Ghost of Yōtei will be released in 2025.
