The whole Pokémon community comes together to mourn the loss of Rachael Lillis, best known for voicing Misty and Jessie from the animated show. Lillis passed away on August 10  at the age of 46. The sad news of her passing was first shared by actress Veronica Taylor (who voices Ash Ketchum) through a post on X (previously Twitter). Sharing the post, she wrote, "We all know Rachael Lillis from the many wonderful roles she played. She filled our Saturday mornings and before/after school hours with her beautiful voice, her terrific comic timing, and her remarkable acting skills."
