Umar Riaz has released his first music video titled "Mera Suffer". The 'doctor' has turned rapper for the track wherein he recalls his struggles and backlash that he faced in Bigg Boss 15. He also mentioned his unfair eviction in the song's lyrics. The music video is directed by Nikhil Oberoi.
