Sumeet Saigal, an Indian-origin participant, showcased the proper way to enjoy the delectable dish in the latest promo of the culinary show. She starts by cracking the puri and stuffing it with potatoes flavoured with dry spices. This is then topped with green (mint and coriander) chutney, followed by red (date and tamarind) chutney. The puri is then filled with coriander-infused cool, tangy water, and there you have your pani puri ready. The judges were almost rendered speechless after tasting it.
