HBO has unveiled a new trailer for the House of the Dragon Season 2 on May 15. The trailer showcases majestic dragons soaring above while political turmoil grips the kingdom below. As tensions reach a boiling point, the looming shadow of civil war threatens to engulf all. Based on George R R Martin's Fire & Blood, House of the Dragon chronicles the rise and fall of Targaryens, the only family of dragonlords who survived the doom of Valyria. The events in the series take place nearly 300 years before the happenings of Game of Thrones, which aired its final episode in 2019.
