After months of rumours and speculations, the makers confirmed the news by surprising fans by dropping an announcement video today (September 4). Taking to their Instagram handle, Vijay Television dropped a collaborative post with Vijay Sethupathi and Disney+ Hotstar Tamil featuring a video announcement confirming the news. Bigg Boss Tamil 8 promo featured Sethupathi suiting up as the new host.
