Yash, the lead actor of Toxic, recently shared updates on the film's delayed release. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the much-anticipated period drama revolves around a drug cartel in Goa and was originally set to hit theatres on April 10, 2025. However, Yash confirmed that the release won't happen as planned due to scheduling conflicts. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Yash explained, “We had to start a little early, but something went wrong. We had some date issues, so it took more time than initially we anticipated. So, I won’t be able to come in with the date.” He also added, “After that I really don’t want to announce a date because for me credibility is important.” He further shared, “I realise that there’s so many complications because actors from any industries are coming and all of them are busy in some projects. So when you want to do something like this you need to wait and get the right time… because bringing them together is a little challenge in this film.” ‘Toxic’: Yash Poses With Producer Venkat Narayana As He Kicks Off Filming for Geetu Mohandas’ Upcoming Action Movie (View Pic).
