Thalapathy Vijay attended an event in Chennai on Wednesday (July 3) to felicitate district toppers of the 10th and 12th board exams. The Tamil actor-politician who recently launched his party Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) honoured the students in the second phase of the felicitation program today. At the event, the Tamil superstar spoke about several issues, from drug abuse to the liquor tragedy in the state. He also shared his strong opinion about the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and demanded the Central Government to scrap the exam.  He said, "People have lost faith in the NEET examination. The nation doesn't need NEET. Exemption from NEET is the only solution." Vijay took to his Instagram handle to drop photos from the party event.
