In a landmark victory, actor-turned-politician Suresh Gopi has secured a historic win for the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections from Thrissur, Kerala. Gopi, clinched the seat by a substantial margin of nearly 75,000 votes, marking the first time the BJP has won a parliamentary seat in Kerala. He defeated CPI candidate Sunil Kumar with a decisive lead.
