Taking to her X (previously Twitter) handle, the Coolie actress called out IndiGo airlines, leaving her stranded at the airport with no update regarding the delay. She wrote, "Hey, I’m not one to normally complain, but @IndiGo6E, you guys really outdid yourself with the chaos today; we’ve been stranded in the airport with no information for the past four hours - maybe figure a better way for your passengers, please? Information, courtesy and clarity."Reacting to the situation, the airline apologized to Shruti Haasan, explaining that operations were affected due to weather conditions in Mumbai, which caused a delay in the flight's arrival.
