On Wednesday (October 2), Nagarjuna issued a legal notice under Section 356 of BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita) to Telangana minister and Congress leader Konda Surekha following her controversial remarks about Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu's separation. Surekha alleged that BRS leader KT Rama Rao was involved in the couple's divorce and made several other accusations against him. Nagarjuna's son, Naga Chaitanya, took to social media and shared a copy of the complaint on X. The actor has filed a criminal and defamation case against the Telangana minister in Nampally court.
