Vijay Sethupathi starrer Maharaja was released in the theatres on June 14. The movie opened to positive reviews from both audiences and critics. The movie also emerged as the year's highest-grossing Tamil movie. Now, after a month of its theatrical release, Maharaja is all set to make its digital debut. Written and directed by Nithilan Swaminathan, the film revolves around the story of a barber who seeks revenge when his house gets robbed. The movie then showcases his quest to find 'Lakshmi'. Streaming giant Netflix has acquired the rights to Vijay Sethupathi's film. Maharaja will be available to stream on the platform from July 12. The movie will be streaming in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages. The ensemble cast of Maharaja includes Mamta Mohandas, Anurag Kashyap, Natarajan Subramaniam, Manikandan and Bharathiraja, among others.
