Following recent sexual assault allegations against Telugu choreographer Shaik Jani Basha, known as Jani Master, Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena Party has decided to suspend him from party activities. On Monday, September 16, the party issued a statement confirming that Jani Master has been instructed to stay away from all party functions. This decision comes after a case was filed against him at Hyderabad’s Raidurgam police station. He had joined JSP in January this year. The police have registered a zero FIR in response to allegations made by a 21-year-old female choreographer, who claims that Jani Master sexually abused her multiple times.
