After Vishal, Now Samuthirakani Claims He Had to Pay Bribe to Get Tax-Free Certificate for Appa (Watch Video)

Vishal's video claiming that he had to pay 6.5 lakhs for his film Mark Antony to be released, has now encouraged another actor to come forward and do the same. Samuthirakani, starred in Appa, also spoke to the press claiming that he had to pay a bribe to get a tax free certificate for his film.
