Last December, two cinematic titans, Shah Rukh Khan's Dunki and Prabhas' Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, clashed at the box office. Despite the simultaneous release, both films achieved commercial success. Recently, Prashanth Neel, the director of Salaar, expressed his regret about the clash. In an interview with News18, he apologised to Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani, the director of Dunki. Neel explained that due to certain astrological beliefs held by the producer, the release date was chosen, leading to the unfortunate clash. "Due to astrological reasons and the producer’s beliefs, we had to come on that date," Neel told the portal. Check it out.
