After a long battle with ATTRAKT, FIFTY FIFTY has lost the fight against the agency. The band's claims of mistreatment had little evidence to back up their allegations, and the court dismissed their plea to suspend the contract. "According to reports, the dismissal follows FIFTY FIFTY’s refusal to cooperate in mediation court. When the group’s lawyer filed for a traditional trial, the judge dismissed the request", reports Koreaboo. ATTRAKT's CEO Jeon Hong Joon reacted to the news, and is now planning to focus on The Givers’ Ahn Sung Il. Sung Il was accused of being responsible for FIFTY FIFTY's attempt at terminating their contract. FIFTY FIFTY Opens Up For The First Time Amid Ongoing Dispute with ATTRAKT.
