‘Why Don’t You Love Me?’: Jennifer Lawrence To Produce and Star in Paul B Rainey’s Graphic Novel Adaptation
On Tuesday, it was announced that Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence will be starring in a film adaptation of the Paul B Rainey's graphic novel 'Why Don't You Love Me?'. The dark comedy follows a couple, Claire and Mark, struggling through their marriage.
Jennifer Lawrence is set to make her return to the comic book movie genre with her next project, Why Don't You Love Me? which is adapted from Paul B Rainey's 2023 graphic novel of the same name. The 33-year-old Academy Award winner will be teaming up with A24 to produce and star in Why Don't You Love Me? Lawrence produces the movie adaptation alongside Justine Ciarrocchi for Excellent Cadaver. Ari Aster, Lars Knudsen and Emily Hildner of Square Peg act as executive producers. The novel follows the story of a unhappy couple Claire and Mark.
