Madonna said, "Less than four months ago, I was in the hospital and I was unconscious and people were thinking, predicting that I might not make it…it’s a fu**ing miracle I’m here right now". At that time, her manager, Guy Oseary, informed the public that she spent several days in the ICU and was under medical care. Madonna's emotional moment during her performance highlighted the gravity of the situation, as she shared that there were concerns about her making a full recovery.
