Liam Payne has postponed his upcoming South America tour following 'serious' kidney infection. The former One Direction star took to Instagram to share the news with his fans. "Over the past week I’ve been in hospital with a serious kidney infection," he wrote along with sharing a video on IG. Payne said he was devastated to postpone the tour, but he promised to reschedule the dates.
