The former One Direction star, who passed away at just 31, was found to have multiple substances in his system after falling from the third-floor balcony of his hotel room in Buenos Aires on October 16. Among the substances detected was "pink cocaine," a cocktail often comprising methamphetamine, ketamine, MDMA, and more, alongside cocaine, benzodiazepine, and crack, according to TMZ. An improvised aluminium pipe for drug use was also discovered in his hotel room. Authorities were alerted by hotel staff who described him as "drunk with drugs and alcohol," highlighting the urgency of the situation.
